This temple is fully owned and is maintained by the Sri Venkataraman and Sri Subhadraa Family Trust.The members of the trust include only the family members of Sri Venkataraman and Sri Subhadraa.
There is no Hundial in the temple and there are no offerings allowed to be offered to the temple or to the priests in the temple.The devotees are allowed to give only flowers for the pooja and rice,ghee for the making of the prasadam .The temple distributes prasadam to the devotees from morning till night for any number of devotees who visit the temple, this rice and ghee offered are used to make daily prasadam.
